Yay for lifting...and yay for the kickass Smoothie King shake I had afterward. OK, so it was rather expensive, but I thought the proteiny banana-y goodness was well worth the price. Plus, if I buy eight more, I get one free. Hooray for free stuff.

Bench press - 5x5 @ 85 pounds (WOO HOO)
Incline dumbbell press - 5,4 @ 30 (I'm not really bothered by that - I was tired because I really busted my ass on flat bench)
Military press - 6,4,4 @ 50 (moving up in weight is a good thing indeed)
Swiss ball crunch - 12,10 @ 8
