Aw's Monday already?

My kitty ears headband is progressing quite nicely. It'll certainly be done tomorrow. And it's time for my scheduled week off from lifting (yay), but I'll keep heading in for cardio because it won't overstress anything and Ai brought over TONS more cookies again, and of course, I couldn't keep my mitts out of them. >_<

Deadlift - 5x5 @ 100 pounds
Chin-up 3, 3, 2, 1
Bent-over barbell row - 2x6 @ 95 pounds (skipped the last set because I think I'm overworking my lats - the chins hit them quite hard)
