*takes a shower and relaxes*  
I was a bit worried about lifting today because I was TIRED when I woke up, but I had a thermogenic (w00t for caffeine) and my pre-workout bowl o' oatmeal (and some cookies...but they were so yummy! *pouts*), so it turned out to be just fine.

Note to peoples who have left comments about exercise: I'll get back to you shortly. I just wanted to write down today's workout before I forgot my reps. ^_^

Deadlift - 5x5 @ 100 pounds
Chin-up - 4, 2, 2, 2 (new record weeeeee!)
Bent-over barbell row - 5, 6, 5 @ 95 (I bent over more this week, so the exercise was harder for me to do. That sounds bad. I don't care.)
