Bragging time  
So I busted three personal lifting records on Saturday.

Squat - 155 pounds
Strict overhead press - 85 pounds
Deadlift - 220 pounds

Aside from that, CrossFit got me to the point where I can do 5-7 strict chin-ups per set and finally manage unassisted bar dips without feeling like my sternum is going to split open. It also got me started with jumping rope, which I used to fail at horrendously. I'm not quite awesome enough for double unders (two rope spins, one jump), but at least I can jump continuously enough for a good interval training workout.

I'm off to pick up more heavy stuff and put it back down.

Awesome!! You're a champ! I used to be really good at jump rope as a kid...did a lot of double dutch, practiced at it constantly and did a lot of crossovers and stuff. I even jump roped on a Pogo Ball and running a Skip-It on my foot.

Then I hit puberty and stopped jump roping cold turkey. It would be years before I discovered sports bras.
