I squatted 140 pounds, which I only ever managed to do once a couple of years back, and it had been a shaky rep. This time, it felt solid. I also feel I could have managed 145.
My overhead press was 75 pounds. I failed out on 80. Oh well.
Before this week, I hadn't done uber-heavy deadlifts in about a year and a half. On Monday, I tied my old PR of 200 pounds. Today, I pulled 205.
I think this calls for a beer.
