OK, OK, I'll update

I miss my ogre. He's away at company training. Solitude is cool and all, but the house just isn't the same without a Randox there to cuddle me and take care of me when I'm sick (on Monday, I felt normal, went to work, rapidly started feeling shitty and braindead, went home, and promptly passed out until the evening) and help get any random kinks out of my back and sit in the living room playing video games and just be a comfy, cute presence in general. He'll be back tomorrow. w00t for that. In the meantime, he emailed me and bugged me to update, which is A Good Thing(tm) because it gave me the impetus to finish my foofy essay on keeping my name after marriage and to get around to posting my workout logs. Here we go!

Deadlift - 3 @ 75, 3 @ 115, 3 @ 150, 3 @ 155 (yes, that is how much I weigh...next goal is 200 pounds! ^_^)
Bench press - 6 @ 45, 6 @ 65, 6 @ 85, 6 @ 90 (weeeee)
Chin-up - 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 (w00t)

Speed deadlift - 2x2@ 80, 3x2 @ 90, 3x2 @ 95
Bench press - 3 @ 45, 3 @ 70, 3 @ 95, 3 @ 100 (new record!)
Squat - 6 @ 45, 6 @ 70, 6 @ 90, 6 @ 95, 3 @ 100
Chin-up - 1, 2, 1, 1 (YAAAAAAY)

10/19

Speed bench press - 2x2 @ 50, 3x2 @ 55, 3x2 @ 60
Squat - 3 @ 60, 3 @ 85, 3 @ 115, 3 @ 120, 2 @ 125 (sweeet - it shouldn't be too long until I get to squat like a big girl)
Deadlift - 6 @ 65, 6 @ 100, 6 @ 130, 6 @ 135 (I remember when it took all my might to haul 135 for 3 reps...go me)
Chin-up - 1, 1 (I didn't rest enough after deadlifts, so my back was more tired than it should have been...but at least I did 12 total this week, and I'm damn proud of that ^_^)
