Getting my strength back  
I did much better at this week's leg workout. I think I finally have my squat form down pat. w00t.

Squat - 5,5,5,4,4 @ 80 pounds
Front squat - 7,6 @ 60
Stiff-legged deadlift - 9 @ 100, 8 @ 105, 8 @ 110
One-legged calf raise - 6,7 @ 35
