Weebles wobble and sometimes they fall down  
Tonight's workout: Tabata squats. Squat up and down as fast as you can for 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 8 times. Doesn't sound like much, right? Not quite...it's a high-intensity interval training protocol that will pwn j00. As you know from reading about my deadlift capabilities, I do not have weak legs...and I am currently pulling a Bambi (i.e. staggering around clumsily) whenever I have to use them. I did want to do some running at the gym as well, but it's horrifically windy and cold outside and I got sucked into working on my claw mold (which now only needs the third and final segment before it's ready for a progress pic), so eh to that. Hopefully I can get it done tonight if I don't get too absorbed with trying to get somewhere in Devil May Cry 3. It's supposed to be difficult and I am not a master of fast-twitch 3-D action, but it has reputedly been designed to lend itself well to letting you build up money and skill experience and get lots of practice so you slowly work your way through the game and never get stuck somewhere and have to start over (which is the reason I always play Silent Hill games on easy - danger is cool and all, but I don't want to have to redo several hours of gameplay because I don't have enough ammo and health supplies to survive). And I WOULD like to develop skill at these types of games because they always seemed like insane fast-paced fun if you know what you're doing. Thus, I'm going to give it a shot. Let's see how it goes...
