Not much today...  
...just a workout entry. Oh, and work kicks ass. Weeee. ^_^

Cardio - 20 minutes on the CrossRobics rowing machine (some hill program, level 5, starting with 4 weight plates - all in all, it was moderate intensity) followed by 20 minutes of power-walking on the treadmill. I picked a cross-country program and tried to go as far as I could in the given time, which really wasn't much fun because I squatted yesterday and my legs got really owey. At least I managed 1.5 miles, which I'm proud of because the very end was TOUGH.
