D'oh  
I have been keeping up with my lifting. I just don't like typing my logs, and I finally figured out why. Writing out the names of exercises over and over and over again is getting really old. I finally decided to just save the HTML for the three types of workout so my lazy ass can copy, paste, and put in numbers.

Anyway, I took a week off and then started the same 6-week cycle over again. I didn't pick up exactly where I left off, and I had to modify one workout, but overall, things are going nicely.

Last time around, I overworked my lower back by pushing too hard on the medium days, so I'm being careful to keep the intensity down instead of fighting for reps. I still work hard, of course, but I stop as soon as I can feel myself starting to really struggle. I'm also making sure to stretch my hips because I didn't do that properly last time and started to get owies. Said owies seem to be going away, but they still bug me every now and then. Sometimes I feel that maintaining one's body is like playing Whack-a-Mole.

Week 1

Speed bench press - 2x2 @ 50, 3x2 @ 55, 3x2 @ 60
Squat - 3 @ 65, 3 @ 100, 3 @ 130, 1 @ 135
Deadlift - 6 @ 70, 6 @ 105, 3 @ 140 (oops)
Chin-up - 1, 2, 1, 1

Speed squat - 2x2 @ 65, 3x2 @ 75 (was feeling creaky)
Deadlift (had to skip them this week - my back was teh sux)
Bench press - 6 @ 45, 6 @ 70, 6 @ 85, 3 @ 90
Chin-up - 1, 2 (d'oh)

Speed deadlift - 2x2 @ 85, 3x2 @ 95, 3x2 @ 100
Bench press - 3 @ 45, 3 @ 70, 3 @ 95, 2 @ 100

Deadlift - 3 @ 80, 3 @ 120, 3 @ 160, 3 @ 165, 3 @ 170 (that's better =P)
