Daaaaaaaaaaaamn.  
This workout r0x0rz my b0x0rz. I'm back to normal eating, which helps, but I still can't help but be amazed at how much I lifted tonight. My putzy squat hit triple digits (and yes, I did get below parallel, so it counts), and I might have even been able to complete a set of 130-pound deadlifts, but my back was feeling a bit grumpy (I stuffed up my initial pull on the second-to-last set and used more lower back than I should have) and I was pretty well toasty anyway. I rested for at least 2 minutes between each set, and I still got done in 50 minutes or so. I like that quite a lot. ^_^

Speed bench press - 2x2 @ 45 pounds, 3x2 @ 50, 3x2 @ 55
Squat - 3 @ 45, 3 @ 65, 3 @ 85, 3 @ 90, 3 @ 95, 3 @ 100
Deadlift - 6 @ 55, 6 @ 85, 6 @ 115, 6 @ 120, 6 @ 125

G- if you are ever looking for a carrer change, maybe you should be an exercise physiologist. I think with your knowledge of weights and what muscles to use, you could seriously help people, i.e Me.
